निजी क्षेत्रका कर्मचारीहरूको तर्फबाट एक विनम्र अपिल

The recent budget has increased the salary of government employees, which is good news. Every employee deserves a better income and a better quality of life.

However, private sector employees seem to have been left behind. The cost of living does not increase only for government employees—it increases for everyone. Prices of food, rent, education, healthcare, and transportation affect both government and private workers.

Millions of people in Nepal work in private companies, schools, hospitals, factories, hotels, and other organizations. Many of them are working hard but still receive low salaries and limited benefits.

If private organizations provide fair salaries, better benefits, and a good working environment, employees will be more motivated and productive. Happy employees work better, which helps organizations grow and increases overall productivity.

Therefore, we kindly request the government, business owners, and private organizations to pay more attention to the welfare of private sector employees. Fair pay, regular salary reviews, and better employee benefits can help improve their lives and strengthen the economy.

When employees are valued and supported, everyone benefits—employees, organizations, and the country as a whole.

"Happy employees create better results, stronger organizations, and a stronger nation."
